Mapp Pottery – Brown Jug
A beautiful piece of Mapp Pottery – donated by a private collector. A beautiful brown jug made around the 1940’s. The potter is a “Mapp” whose trademark is the thumb print slide on the handle. The side has a stress crack (please see pictures). Even with the crack it’s a beautiful piece of history to have.
